Article 30: Powers of Parliament (Repealed)
Chapter III - Citizenship
Parliament may make provision for -
a
the acquisition of citizenship of Malta by persons who are not eligible or who are no longer eligible to become citizens of Malta under the provisions of this Chapter;
b
the renunciation by any person of his citizenship of Malta;
c
the certification of citizenship of Malta in relation to persons who are or were born in Malta, or are or were born outside Malta of parents who were born in Malta.
